Does LokalPam ships product outside of United States of America?

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. but we are working on shipping products to Chili, Brazil, Haiti, Santo Domingo and more communities around the world.

What is the shipping and tax rates?

LokalPam.com is a Shipping Free marketplace. You pay $0 for shipping and handling. Everything is FREE SHIPPING.

Tax rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How long is it the processing of my order ?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed.
  • A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

Does delivery delay occur ?

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

What is the delivery estimate of my product ?

Estimated delivery time of each product can be different because we have warehouse partners all over the world that ship your product. Hair products take 4-7 business days, and all other products takes between 7-15 days. Before you make an order, the estimated delivery time is mentioned on the product page and the checkout page as well. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What if my product get lost or damage?

LokalPam.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Do I get a shipment confirmation & order tracking ?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

 

What if I need to return my product?
