What is the return policy?
Thanks for purchasing our products at lokalpam.com operated by LokalPam Entreprises, LLC.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date. The item must unopened, not damaged and in its original condition.
Shoes must return with the original box it was shipping with.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded as a store credit in your lokalPam Wallet.
How to I start my return process?
If you made your purchase as a login user, you can go to your account and start the process. If you shop with us as a guest, to start the process, please send us an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size)
After the 15-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their delivery to ensure it fits your needs.
Can I get refund for product on sale?
No. Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that were bought on sale are not eligible for a refund.
Do I have to pay for my returns ?
Yes. LokalPam for shipping of your products but shoppers pay for the return shipping.
What it our products arrived damaged or lost ?
LokalPam.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
